01Overview & summary

LeadVaro LLC ("Leadvaro," "we," or "us") respects the privacy rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"). This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the rights California residents have, and how to exercise them.

This page supplements our Privacy Policy. If you are a California resident, the rights described here apply to you in addition to everything described there.

02Personal information we collect

As a B2B lead-intelligence platform, Leadvaro collects and maintains the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, business email address, business phone number), professional and employment-related information (such as job title, employer, department, seniority), commercial information (records of products or services considered by our customers), and internet or network activity (usage of our website and platform).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, or health information.

03Sources of personal information

We collect personal information from publicly available sources (company websites, professional profiles, public registries), licensed data partners, our customers and users when they create accounts or contact us, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website.

04How we use personal information

We use personal information for business purposes including: providing and improving our lead-intelligence services, verifying the accuracy of business contact data, operating and securing our platform, billing and account management, responding to inquiries, and complying with legal obligations.

05Sharing, selling, and disclosure

We disclose personal information to service providers bound by contract (hosting, payments, analytics, communications). Because Leadvaro provides business contact data to its customers as a core service, the provision of B2B contact information may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are broadly defined by the CCPA.

California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information at any time via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

06Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; access a copy of that information; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions); opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and non-discrimination — we will never deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.

07How to exercise your rights

Submit a request through our opt-out form, by email to legal@leadvaro.com, or via our contact page. We will verify your identity using the email address associated with the information, and respond within 45 days (extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you).

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf; we will require proof of the agent’s authorization and may still verify your identity directly.

08Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the business purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Business contact records are periodically re-verified and removed when they can no longer be validated.

09Minors

Leadvaro is a business-to-business service that is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
