How do credits work?
One credit gives you one verified business email, while a direct mobile number costs 10 credits. Your full credit pack is added at the start of every billing cycle. Credits reset on renewal and do not roll over.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — credits do not roll over. Any unused credits expire at renewal, and your credit balance resets each billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You won't be able to export or reveal new enriched contacts until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. To get more credits right away, you can upgrade your plan or purchase a Credits Add-on.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrades apply right away; you pay only the pro-rated difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current cycle, so you keep what you've already paid for.
Does browsing cost credits?
Browsing and searching is free — you can explore and preview results without revealing contact details. Exports use credits: 1 credit per verified email found (0 if no email is found).
What integrations are included?
